It is now only 3 minutes left before the bird cage reaches Central district. DoFlamingo is still searching for Luffy but is confronted by gladiators from the Colosseum. DoFlamingo then fodderizes them all using his "awakened" ability.
Meanwhile, Luffy is still being carried by Gatz running away from DoFlamingo. They are then met by Law which used his "room" ability to move about as his injuries seem to have resurfaced with his arn still dripping blood. Gatz then tells Law that Luffy still needs 3 min and 20 sec more to recover. Law then tells Gatz to leave everything to him. At Southwest of the town, Bartolomeo together with Robin and the rest of the Colosseum warriors pushes the barrier created by Bartolomeo's ability to stop the bird cage from advancing. We now get an explanation as to what were the flower-like things falling from the sky that Fujitora notices. Leo explains that this Princess Mansherry's ability "Denhealion". It has the ability to instantly heal any injury but only at a limited amount of time furthermore once the time limit is reached the injured persons status reverts back to as it was. As this was being explained several townspeople are shown experiencing its effect thus helping those who are injured to be able to run away from the birdcage. Princess Mansherry while flying in the sky with the beetle tontatta states that this is her way of fighting as she cannot use weapons nor is she capable of beating up the bad guys.God Ussop comes in being carried by Hack addresses the townspeople to go to the western and eastern part of the island and help in pushing the bird cage. Some people voice their doubts but Ussop silences them and tells them to believe in his friends and not to anger the "god" any further.
Somewhere within the city, Rebecca is running trying to find DoFlamingo to try and stop him but instead finds Viola already beating her to it as she stands face to face with DoFlamingo. Viola then asks Rebecca to step back and leave the rest to her as she won't be able to face her sister and Kyros if anything were to happen to her. Viola then tells DoFlamingo that despite being one of the former executives before she doesn't seem to be having the same consequences which is a little convenient. She then proceeds to take off her coat and picks up a dagger and tells DoFlamingo that one of them will die today for which Doffy grins tells her that she has always been the passionate one.
Back at the Northwest of the Smile factory, Franky and the rest of the Tontattas keep pusing to stop the bird cage.While beyond the factory in front of the bird cage, Zorro, Kine'mon and Kan'juro pushes the bird cage wherein we see that Kine'mon and Kan'juro seem to be able to use armament haki on their sword and brush.When suddenly in comes Admiral Fujitora and lends them a hand i pushing the bird cage as well. And with him the marines who're able to use haki help in pushing the bird cage while those who can't help by pushing the factory instead. At the same time several townspeople went to where Bartolomeo and company are and help push the bird cage also. And together both sides try pushing it at the same time and they somehow manages to stop the bird cage from moving even for just a second. This then reinforces their belief and rally together to stop the bird cage from moving further.
At the last part of the chapter we see Rebecca crying and calling out to Viola implying that something wrong might have happened to her at the same time we see Luffy with Law still recovering with 1 more minute left to go.
