Bleach Chapter 628
"New World Order"
This is mainly another setup chapter before the final war between the Shinigamis and the Quincies.
The chapter opens up with the two groups both arriving at the "new" soul palace. And immediately they noticed a big change has happened as the entire lanscape has been altered. Not only that but according to Byakuya the "reishi" concentration is increased so as to give a distinct advantage to the Quincies whose powers are dependent on the amount of reishi present. With these observations they also come to the conclusion that Yhwach has finally seize control and is probably now the "New Soul King"
We also have a brief intro to Yoruichi's brother, Shihouin Yuushirou who is next in line to become head of the Shihouin house after Yoruichi's banishment.Some comedy ensues within the group as they try imagining the appearance of Yuushirou thinking he might be a scary muscular dude or some suave cat like her sister. We get a full page panel of the appearance of the "new" soul king palace which has some striking artwork to boot.
And finally we see Yhwach sitting on his throne being addressed by the Haschwalth telling him that the enemy has arrived and descended upon their "welt". In the last part Yhwach reveals the name of this new soul palace being "Wahrwelt" meaning "the one true world".
